Deposit and Cancellation Policy

First night's deposit including tax is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made by 12 noon 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Guests who do not cancel within this time will be charged for a one-night stay with tax.

Parking Policy

Off-street parking is located behind the inn and is available for $17 per evening.

Check-in/Check-out Times

Check-in time is 4p.m., and check-out time is 12 noon.

Pet Policy

As much as we love pets, we cannot accommodate them. However, our sister property, Kings Courtyard Inn, just next door, welcomes dogs.

Additional Room Guests

There is a $25 fee for each guest over two guests in a room. There is no charge for children 12 years of age and under.

Guarantee Policy

Generally, we can not guarantee any specific room number or location, although we will make every effort to grant requests.

Smoking Policy

Our inn is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking in a designated non-smoking area is subject to a cleaning fee.
